Thank you CarterStrongForever for your annual CarterStrong book drive! We LOVE receiving Carter’s favorite books — he had the best taste in books, and it’s so fun to get to share them with CHOC patients year after year!

We just received 121 awesome books that were donated in honor of Carter — all selected from a specially curated list of books n memory of Carter because of their themes of kindness, humor, baseball, and superheros. CarterStrong bookplates have been affixed to all books, and we can’t wait to get these amazing titles into patients’ hands! Thank you Jamie and CarterStrongForever family and friends for your ongoing support and for allowing ECBC to play a small role in helping to keep Carter’s impact going strong.

ECBC is so honored to get to have a part in carrying on Carter’s legacy with this remarkable donation as well as with the special CarterStrongForever Legacy Collection that will forever be a part of the library at CHOC. The library will be CarterStrong FOREVER!! 
Ethan is overdue on posting his October Title Talk and September thank yous. We had planned to post tonight, but he decided it doesn’t feel right given that his fellow Leukemia warrior buddy Carter lost his battle today. We are so heartbroken. #CarterStrongForever
