Ethan’s Daily Book Look #112

IMG_3636
What a great afternoon at Arroyo Elementary’s first Ripple Kids Fair! Ethan, his buddy Quinn, and Caleb sold ECBC merchandise for the first time to help build awareness in the community about our efforts to build a library program at CHOC. Ethan is so proud to be wearing his shirt — which makes all the difficulty of trying to start this up while still in active treatment completely worthwhile. Susie, the owner of our terrific local bookstore Once Upon a Storybook, brought books to our booth for people to purchase to donate — we are so grateful for our partnership with Susie. Maddy and her friend Ciara, as well as Avery, Sophie H., Colin H., and Sophie L. also made items to sell at the fair and are donating their proceeds to ECBC. Thank you friends for all your support, we’re so grateful for it as we’re trying to get Phase 1 of the program off the ground!  IMG_3639
