Thank you so much to everyone who donated books in the month of September! A HUGE thank you to Kris Allison and Burnham Benefits for the 60 hardcover book titles that you donated– wow, that gave the ECBC Lending Library a fantastic boost (especially of board books, which we really still need a ton of)! Thank you also to the Schulman Family and Congregation B’Nai Israel Preschool for your super generous donations this month. And a great big thank you to everyone who donated books to ECBC at the OC Children’s Book Festival last weekend — we received so many great books from festival-goers and local authors! Thank you author Lisa Day for donating so many of your own books — they are paperback books so they will go to our Gifting Library, and a bunch of kids in isolation will get to receive them! And thank you to a few of the girls from Girl Scout Troop #3115 for showing up at the Festival and helping to collect so many book donations that day!
